I have a P1543 DTC on the SS. I know that it is listed as a "a/c system performance", is this just a general a/c problem or does this refer to something specific?

The a/c doesn't blow any cold air, but the a/c clutch engages, any ideas?

Dunno for sure. Looked it up at obdii.com and the only F-body P1543 is for low referigerant.

 

Well my scanning software lists it as a "a/c system performance". It is Ease Diagnostics software with enhanced GM parameters. Other sites I have found show the same description as the software. But maybe it is something like low refrigerant since the description is vague.

 

Ok I just found out on my scan software there is a P1543B which is low refrigerant. So I will try to add some soon and see if that is the culprit.
