O2 Sensors Volts

I have been tuning on this car for about a year now and getting real close to having the tune to what I feel is right. My question is and may not be a problem but I need to ask. B1 O2 reads 70 to 900 volts, B2 reads 300 to 900 volts. B2 volts will not go lower than 300, is this a problem or not. The LTFT are almost 0 on both sides, I also use a W/B and it also reads a good AFR. Now I have changed O2's from one side to the other - no change, I also changed injectors from one side to other - no change. Checked and double checked header bolts for leak, exhaust for leaks - none. Should I worry about the volt difference.

At what rpm ranges are the B2 O2 ranges at 300 mv ? Or is it always ? . At that time are the injector PW's slightly different ?? (B2 right side compared to left) . One thing to look at is a data log when you are in DFCO and the injectors PW= 0. At that time the O2's should both read below the 40-50 mv range. Since you swapped the injectors that eliminates a leaking one. If the B2 still reads high during DFCO (no fuel) then most likely the problem is electrical in the B2 circuit.
