New mods, CC306/GTP-II heads...fuel probs? Logs w/i

My buddy just put his pretty mean CC306/GTP stage 2 heads/PCM4less package into his 95 Z28 and I headed over to scan for problems. He's having what seems like a fuel delivery problem well before the 6700 limiter (I think it was in the 5000s)...its hard to describe, sounds and feels like it runs out prematurely, then back to normal. Also check out the knock - it was way different on 2 back-to-back runs...ideas? Also notice the O2s and BLMs are pretty well split, but the car is running in closed loop where its supposed to. What can ya'll suggest? I scanned w/ FreeScan and program with TunerCat.

Opti and ignition coil are brand new, new setup has maybe 100 miles on it. And he's running custom over-the-top wires and Bosch Platinum plugs.

Thanks guys!

Since the O2's and BLM's are split I think it's a hardware problem as opposed to a tuning problem. Look for vacuum and exhaust leaks and verify O2 sensors, etc.

The injector pulsewidths are only like 17 at 6200 RPM @100% throttle so it doesn't seem like there is a fuel shortage. Strange that they are at 22 at 4975 RPM and 100% throttle though.

Coolant temp looks high (85C). I run mine about 10-15 degrees C lower.
