New dtc's: 16, 41, 42, 51

When I started my car this moring, this is what the scanmaster was showing:

dtc 16 - Distributor ignition system (low resolution pulse)

dtc 41 - Ignition Control (IC) circuit (open circuit)

dtc 42 - Ignition Control (IC) circuit (shorted or grounded circuit)

dtc 51 - EEPROM programming error

A few weeks ago it was showing codes 36 (Distributor ignition system (faulty high resolution pulse or extra low resolution pulse detected) and 44 (Bank 1 (left) Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit (lean exhaust indicated) which both dissapeared after I installed the pcmforless computer I ordered.

It ran fine, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Could my plug wires cause any of this? I noticed one of them arcing and I have replacements on the way. The opti is only 20K miles old. Could pcmforless have sent a bad pcm? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The first three (when together) are often associated with the opti or it's electrical harness.
