OK when im in Cats under
Open ECM Calibration File: the tuner file nothing is under that file... What do I need to do??? Does the catr have to be hooked up to it at that time??? What gives??? Anyone have any idea on what to do next???

You should have a bin. file there. If not you need to read, or download the one off your own car. You should be able to then change anything(be careful) and then upload it back to the car. I can send you a bin file off a 95 z, its stock and it wouldn't be usefull execpt to look at maybe.
