Need Help!! Abs Inop
Just started driving my 94 Z28, and from day 1 the ABS INOP light Always is burning all the time.... my tires was terrible and the car needed aligning so before i went to do that i checked everything under the front found out i needed both outer tire rod ends for both sides and both wheel bearing hub assemblies! However i hooked up the snap-on scanner it came back as both the front tires had irregular tire speed and the front Left code 163 TCS motor was turned off!
would the wheel bearing cause this, it will be a couple days before i get all the money to fix this with and decided id ask yall on here to maybe give me some advice before hand
also my car jus started skipping real bad-- all plugs are new motor has only 50,000 miles on it it seems to skip worse on the left side than the right? i have about 35 psi fuel pressure running idle at a constant rate and the scanner wont tell me which cylinders is misfiring.. it tells me the left o2 sensor is bad though. any ideas??
Thanks

Re: Need Help!! Abs Inop
The new hub assembly includes a new ABS sensor. If your problem is the front wheels sensors, that should fix it. The harness connector should be cleaned well before plugging it in to the new sensor, and the harness wires checked for any damage.
What is the EXACT code you are getting for the left O2 sensor? There are several codes for the sensor, and some relate to the sensor and others are caused by problems other than the sensor. Your OBD-I scanner can't tell you which cylinders are misfiring because it does not have the CKP sensor used for that function in OBD-II.
