misfires

Ok, I know this will sound stupid, the other day I was getting a custom y-pipe made the muffler guy did'nt finish the driver side, so just the pass. side was ran. I asked, we should take the whole thing off before I drive home, he say's no it'll be OK. Well as soon as I start the car It throws a code and starts blinking. I live about 3 mi. from this place, and me being retarded I drive home like that. The next day I go back to get this finished, before I drive up there I disconnected the y-pipe in my garge. well we got the Y done, but now I have this code, Auto Zone's code scanner reads P0300 Multiple Engine Misfires 1 of 2, and the other one was the same code. I don't know what to do. If anybody could offer assistance or suggestions they would be appreciated !

BTW this was also the second time i've driven my car since I got Jet-Hot LT'S. I got a 97' SS, Thanks

Check for burned wires, and check for arcing by running in the dark. It's pretty common to burn through wires after a header install, if they aren't routed safely.
