Mat ?
97 Camaro cal.
Constants>Fuel Paramaters
MAT Modification to MAF Enable Temp
MAT Modification to MAF Disable Temp
Constants>Emissions Parameters
EGR Enable Coolant Temp (High Startup MAT)
ERG Enable Coolant Temp (Low Startup MAT)
I'm guessing it is a temp of some kind.

I see it now, thanks for the pointer.
I did a search on the web for "MAT sensor" and somebody's page on their C5 came up, talking about relocating the MAT (Manifold Air Temperature). From the description, it sounds like they are referring to what is also called the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor.
It is interesting that TC's software makes a differentiation between the MAT and the IAT. You might try sending him mail about it, but my guess is these terms are either used interchangibly or the PCM has some algorithm for determining the manifold air temperature based on other sensor inputs.

Found another one.
Tables>Fuel Tables
MAT Modifier to MAF vs MAT
I thought the same thing, just another term for IAT, something like Manifold Air Temp, but like you said in the same Fuel Tables menu, there is also a reference to IAT.
