Output speed low. What is this?

Generally, its a good idea to use the 4th-Gen specific code list on Shoebox's Tech Pages:

That would have got you this explanation:

DTC 24 = Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) circuit

Vehicle Speed Sensor has failed, connector came off, or wire is damaged.

Thanks Mr. Injuneer! I forgot about that page on Shoebox's site. It's wierd, my speedo is still working but it may explain why my lock-up is not working. I'll look into it.
