MADZ28.com....Ion???

Anyone happen to know if Ion went outta town or something? I purchased a tuned PCM (core charge paid so I'll get the PCM from him first then send off my old one for refund FYI), on thursday the 25th.

Sent the money via paypal that same night (his main way of paying him).

I have not heard from Ion via phone or emails. And i haven't recieved anything in the mail.

If there was a problem with my order I would assume he'd contact me, right?

Just curious if he's ok or not

Maybe school got the best of him this semester

Thanks guys

-Ben

He is really slow with his emails and such. From the point I payed for my tune, I recieved it in about a week (email). His tune is top notch as well, just the customer service leaves things to be desired.

In the last month or so I have answered 90% of the emails the same day, unless they required some research for me to answer back. The only email I have received from you asking something was replied the same day. The previous email you've sent me was an addition to the order sheet (and my online order sheet, upon submission, explains not to email me update requests, but fill out a new tuning order sheet).

The processing times are explained on the general information page and a reference to them is made on each of the products. Your PCM came within the processing time + shipping time period. It is also explained that I use USPS and they do not provide tracking information. Finally, I do not see how posting here as opposed to emailing or calling me will solve anything. I do not check this board as often as I used to or I'd want to. Please email me or call me directly if you have questions.
