LT1 help please

I posted this in another board too, cuz i didnt know which one would be better. here it is
My camaro has been running great for the last 6 months. I didnt drive it for about a week while i was on vacation. when i came back, it started up like a champ. Drove around a little bit and then noticed the SES light came on. Stopped at a light and it flipped back off within probably 15 seconds. Started driving again and about 20 seconds later it was back on... What could this be? I know the only real way to be sure is to get it scanned, but that costs money and im a poor college student. pls help.

I think Autozone scans for free. Maybe other parts stores do as well. Just go to the counter and ask if they do, tell them you have an odd SES light that comes and goes.

....

Actually AutoZone does scan for free. If they are not where you are you need to talk to a manager or find an area manager to talk to.
