LT1 edit, can I rewrite a PCMforless program?

I'm not looking to rip off Bryan, I would just like to able to tune the car myself. I am changing the cam and torque converter and would like to purchase LT1 edit for my 97. I currently have 2 computers with the same Vin#. One is stock and one has Bryan's tunning. Can I write over his program or can I save it and use it as a starting point? Also with 2 computers could I tune one for emissions and the other for full power? I saw something about adding $50 or $100 to the $550 for the second computer at Carputing.com? Any info would be helpful.
Thanks

PCMforless (Bryan) does not lock the PCM after he is done tuning with it (unlike Edwright which does lock the PCM) so you can re-write a tune.

Thx,
Claude
