I am looking for a tuner program kit with cable and software. I want to be able to program my car do transmission programing and have a scan tool. I have been looking at tunercat but not real sure if it does everything I want. Any suggestions? Would really like something fairly simple to use also.

 

Tunercats and datamaster. From what I gather, LT1 edit might be a bit easier to use but can't do as much.

i use tunerproRT version5 beta, its a free download, and free to use..

i bought tunercats winflash utility to upload and download to the pcm it cost $20..


tunerproRT you dont have to pay $20 for each definition file, all the definition files are free..
tunerproRT also has datalogging, and real time monitoring..
tunerproRT is a little more up to date, and worked better with win7 than tunercats did for me.. tunercats did not like my particularly fresh win7 install, i had to turn my user account control off for tunercats to work..
