Looking to buy tuner cat ?

I have a 95 T/a obd2 port obd1 ecu

1- where to get it & how much

2- where to get cables $

3-what kind of lab top & soft wear i need to run tuner cat

4-do i need a scan tool to see data stream to make add/ if so witch one

is there anthing here that i am missing

2. Cables here --> http://akmcables.com/ic.htm

3. Any decent laptop with a serial port. Windows 98 or greater.

4. You can use Freescan --> http://www.andywhittaker.com/ which I have but you can also use DataMaster --> http://www.ttspowersystems.com/ which I like alot.
