Logged 1/4mi runs, KR comes and goes

Logged 3 of my 9 runs on Friday night. The first resulted in my best MPH but shows the worst knock retard. Seems to be tied in with shifting and on/off throttle. But in the middle of 3rd and 4th on the first two runs, it spikes again. On the third log, the KR only shows up during shifts, no irregular spikes.

So why the difference? The only factor I know to have changed was I was power shifting on the first two logged runs, and not so much on the third. But you can still clearly see the same KR during shifts...

Here's the PCM BIN file I created and have been running for about a week straight now:

I used TunerCat, the notes should be pretty accurate.

Trying to get this thing ready to spray safely and a new cam in a couple months. Mods are in sig. Thanks!

Looks like the web host was down for maintenance last night...files should be accessible now.

Input, anyone? Feel free to diagnose the rest of the log numbers too - BLMs are split, O2s seem right on, temps were pretty high (thats S. Florida for ya).

Okay new theory...

I think what happened with the knock retard was that I added 2 degrees across the board in both Main and Extended tables, plus leaned out the PE tables (possibly a little too far - need a wideband O2) and lowered/leaned the MAF calibration tables (1-4) by 10% (I think) creating optimal environment for trouble.

By the end of the night (log #3) the BLMs caught on to my changes and closed it up enough to 128/132 in cells 15/16 to kill the mid-RPM knock. Still seeing retard during shifts, as pointed out probably due to extreme changes in MAP vs. time (read the article again, too) and the extra spark I'd added previously.

Also, something is rattling under the car. I've checked all the exhaust bolts and O2s. Installed a new soft-metal collector gasket as well. Only thing in the vicinity I didnt put a wrench on is the starter --and I may just crawl under and look at that today. Sounds just like the imploded catalytic converter I had on my '89 RS.
