line pressure tables for vacuum modulator

I have an FLP level 5 4L60-E with the vacuum modulator to control shift pressures. This is on my Vortech supercharged 94 Corvette (sorry, not F-body). Do I leave the line pressure tables in Tunercat the same as stock, or do I change all the pressures to zero or something else, and let the vacuum modulator take over? Please help, as I would like to fire up the new setup this weekend, and would like to have one less thing to worry about.

Thanks,

Darren

Vacuum modulator now controls the pressure. You can change all you want and it will do nothing now.

Leave it alone. Let vacuum do it's work.
