LE 226/230 (or similar) timing tables?

I have a mail-order tune for my LE 226/226 cam and want to compare the timing table to others who may have dyno tuned to see how close the mail-order tune is on the timing. Does anyone have a table they are willing to share?

Take it to Bluecat for a good dyno tune. He is near Ashland and can be found on kyhorsepower.com

Yes its a haul from l'ville but very well worth it. You can also go to Charles at Automotion if they are still there on W. Broadway. There is no point in going mail order tune since you have good dyno tune options IMO.

I do plan on getting it dyno tuned eventually, to maximize the E85 it is setup for, but that may be a while, so I just want to see how close my mail-order tune is to others with the similar LE 226/230 .565/.565 cam. My DataMaster is showing 36* WOT timing.

36 is pretty close for a 355. I found 37 works best on my combo and then pulling 1 degree every 1k rpm after peak torque. Strokers usually like 39ish if the compression isn't crazy.

So at what rpm did you start using 37? Did you have to take any timing out from stock down low.

Here is a link to my mail-order timing table for my cam if anyone is interested for comparison.
