Idiot Light......

My 93 Z28 bogs like crazy unless u pretty much floor it off the line. Sometimes it wants to die when backing down my driveway, and fairly recently, my Check Engine Soon Light came on. I used the paperclip trick, and the list on 3rd gen, and it came back as "Quad Driver Module".....a few questions......
Whats a quad driver module?
Is the 3rd gen list correct for my car? even though I have a 4th gen, dont I basically have the same computer?
Any explanations would be cool........

What was the EXACT code? The "quad driver" is a module used to drive high current loads.... solenoids for example. There appears to be "roughly" a one-to-one correspondence between what the quad driver is driving, and the codes in the 94+ PCM's. For example (this is just my "guess"... a 93 owner needs to confirm):

DTC 26 = quad driver (93) = EEC canister purge solenoid (94/95)

DTC 27 = quad driver (93) = EGR solenoid (94/95)

DTC 29 = quad driver (93) = AIR pump (94/95)
