How to send a Datamaster log

Im trying to figure out how to send a data log to someone

I use the attachment to an e-mail function. The user you want to send a e-mail to has to have the e-mail option selected in their CP-Edit Options screen. If you left click on the user's ID and send e-mail option does not show then the user has it disabled.
