How much can I expect from a dyno tune?

My car runs 11.8-11.7's currently, but the car has a mail order tune for a totally different cam than the one I'm currently running. I'm going to the dyno this weekend to get it tuned and was wondering if it was possible to pick up 3 tenths and 5 mph from a dyno tune? I"m running a Joe Overton cam, and he has told me that with my setup that I should be running 11.5-11.4's at around 118 mph. If this is not realistic, what are a few things that I should look for when the car is on the dyno to change to reach this goal?

It depends on how far it is off. Hard to say, but it sure won't hurt!
