How is Map related to closed TPS timing?

How is Map related to closed TPS timing?
I did an autotap log and at idle my MAP kpa is at 50kpa. My closed throttle timing is:
26-800
30-1200
35-1600
Does this look at all right? Isnt the MAP reading high? I couldnt find BLM's in the autotap that I was using, could I have used anything else?
