How to lock BLM

I've been doing a little searching on BLM lockers. Where or how is this accomplished? Is this to ensure that the PCM is adding the exact same amount of fuel everytime you go WOT?

In the new version of LT1 Edit (2.2 I think), you open your file, click Edit, then click fuel. Click the BLM control button, and put a check mark in the box BLM=128 at WOT. This will lock the BLMs for WOT.

Not sure for Tunercat though.

I would like to know also. I seen it before and didn't download it, now I wish I had.

I downloaded the larger one, but it will not install on my computer. It comes up with some error saying there isn't enough storage space to complete the extraction procedure. Funny because I have like 10 meg free on the hard drive. The smaller file come up and runs though. I'll have to run it on my laptop and see if it works.
