How do you tell if rich or lean during WOT?

My datalogs show if the car is lean or rich during all driving except wot. My question is how do you know if the car is running lean during wot runs? My O2's read 915-946 during a wot run but i know they aren't very accurate for determining rich or lean issues.

You can only get a rough idea from the O2 millivolts. Beyond that, there is nothing to tell you how its actually running.

In closed loop (non-PE mode), your BLM's are telling you what corrections the PCM is making to prevent it from running rich or lean.
