Question How do I lower my BLMs?

Looks like the combination of a larger BBK 52mm and the addition of a valve cover breather has increase the air intake resulting in my blms at idle to go from 127-129 to 145 148.

Now I realize that the computer is adjusting the mix so that the car is running at the proper A/F ratio, but I like to see the high 120's without computer correction. I'm **** that way

I have LT1 edit and was wondering if there was an easy way to lower BLMs other than changing the size of the injectors?

BTW it's a BBK 52mm TB and I do not seem to have a bad split BLM problem, knock on wood.

Also I added the valve cover breather because the hose from the intake side of my supercharger to the valve cover was long, ugly and always in the way

Thanks

A TB and valve cover breather should not make your blm's go high. You may possibly have a vacuum leak...did you cap off the breather hose on the TB? just a thought.

I capped it off and my vacuum levels are where they used to be, I'm assuming it's a combo of unmetered air and the idle screw setting in combination with the idle setting (could be too much air coming in for the idle rpm I set)- although my IAC count looks ok at around 45 at idle in closed loop.

I've made a few changes to my program and will upload tomorrow and I guess I'll see how things turn out.

Note something with your BLM's...is it a constant amount off of 128 for all MAF readings or is it variable?

Mine was nonlinear. At idle, 10 AFGS, I was high by 15%. At 110 AFGS, I am dead on and finally at max AFGS I was low by 9%.

Consider this when making changes.

If you need a way to make these changes, give me a PM and I will send you an excel spreadsheet that showed how I did it.
