how can I richen up my tune at partial throttle - current vector tune
i finally got a wideband installed yesterday and was driving around in open loop. My idle is around 18.5-19:1, partial throttle cruise(i was going 70 in 6th on freeway) was hovering around 16.7:1, and it went to about 12.2:1 at wot as rpm increased. The problem Im having is that if i went wot in 5th and 6th on freeway at lower rpms 1500-2100, the a/f was lean, like 14.5:1. I dont think that is safe at all even at lower rpms and was worried about detonation. Ive got tunercats and was wondering how to richen this up across the whole spectrum. Id like it to idle about 16-17:1, run a 14.7 cruise, and drop down to 12-12.2:1 at any rpm wot as it runs alot better rich.
this is a supercharged lt1 10psi on a ysi, 355 9:1 compression currently running a tune by Vector...any ideas?
p.s. ive also got a lonnies double pumper setup and 60 lb mototrons, so fuel shouldnt be an issue right now

I'm not too familiar with running open loop tunes cj, but i believe you make those changes in the VE vs RPM vs MAP tables. Theres 2 of them. One for lower rpm's and one for higher. You'll have to scan while your driving and note at which rpm and map your lean then increase the numbers in that part of the table accordingly. Like i said, i'm not 100% sure, so hopefully someone else will chime in that knows for sure. I know it's been written about on here in the past, so a search can probably answer your question.

In open loop you dial in your F/A ratio modifying the Open loop F/A ratio vrs Temp vrs Load tables.
This is how you do it in LT1 Edit.
The VE tables are used to modify your F/A ratio only when running Speed Density (MAFless).
