I have a 95 Camaro, and it is throwing an SES light, so I work at O'Reilly's so I decided to bring home the AutoXRay to see what the code was. My car is OBD-II tho, and when I set the AutoXRay up for a 95, it asks for 8th VIN, then 4th VIN, and as soon as I try to scan it just said the vehicle isn't responding. If I set it up for a 96 GM (OBDII) it will initialize for about 10 seconds and the air pump will kick on (?????) then it will refuse. I tried using 95 (OBDI) and 96 and 97 (OBDII). Any help??? Do I need to disconnect the wire going to the air pump. The program was done by Ed Wright.

 

I just noticed it is also kicking on my secondary fan for just a sec when I use OBDII. Help Please.
