Help getting CATS going

Help getting CATS going

I have the motes cable and the other thing. I also have the tuner cat RT.
I cant get the computer to talk to the laptop.
Also what ECU is my, its a 94 z28 6speed.

i just need help setting this thing up

I'm not sure if the Tuner RT program will work for that car. That's for tuning with a romulator.

You just need the basic tuner program and the EE definition file. Then you need to select the right COM port for the cable. (It's COM3 for me with the moates cable).
