Help: Error during programming with PCMforless

I finally got around to programming my PCM today. I already had hypertech tuning installed on my PCM so this is what happened. I used the windows based program called "C.A.T.S." that PCMforless gave me to read the PCM. The read went succesful and i now have the hypertech .bin file stored on my laptop computer. Next I used my HPP+ to restore my PCM back to stock. The transfer was succesful and car works. Next I do another read of the PCM using C.A.T.S. so I can save the stock .bin file on my laptop. The read went fine, engine still works afterwards.
Now comes the big moment, it's time to install my new PCMforless tuning. So i go about doing it and about 3/4 of the way through the programming I get hit with a freak'n communication error. So now I already know that i'm screwed, i still try to do the programming again in case the Gods want to be on my side, no luck, I just get a security violation error. Next i pull out my HPP+ with the thinnest of hopes of it being able to get my PCM back on track but it doesn't help.
So, tell me, how scewed am I? What are my options here? I left a message with Brian At PCMforless and am awaiting his return call. Btw, i did pull the fan relays before doing all of this so the fans wouldn't run and drain down the battery during the reads and programming. Damn this really sucks!

Your computer is dead, HPP wont save it, you have to pull the chip and have it burned or replaced. Once the computer loses its ability to boot up, you cant program it, period.

Yep, unfortunately, the computer will have to be fixed.
I offer this service, if you're interested. I also have computers in stock if you need one sent to you before you send me yours....

I just want to thank MadWolf here. He has been extremely fast in his responses to me and it seems he's gonna get me out of a jam with only one full day of downtime on my car. I'm getting the ZIF socketed PCM from him with a spare set of chips to minimize the potential damage in the future.
