Post Help code 36, 42

I am getting codes 36 and 42 and the car will not run. I was told that the pcm was probbaly bad so I replaced it still the car will not run. some times it will start for a second then die other times it will not start at all. Please help I have run out of ideas the opti has 2k on it and so does the opti wiring harness. I can not find any wires that are cut or burned or anythin like that. could it possibly be the coil?
