HC's, Open Loop and My Car HELP PLEASE

The car is a 94 Z28 6 Speed. It has a Comp Cam CC-502 (269/276 Duration .495/.503 Lift) , Crane Springs for the LT-1, 1.6:1 Golds, Moroso CAI, Gutted CAT, Accel Ignition Box, MSD Blaster coil(new), Accel 300+ wires(new), Flowmaster(Muffler Only). Everything else is stock.

First time I went I blew 931(ppm) on the HC's and 2.31 CO(%) her in NC the limits are HC's 220(ppm) Co 1.2(%) Well I had a set of used SVO 24# I had bought from someone and a 52MM BBK. I figured the injectors maybe suspect so I put the stockers back in and also decided the 52MM BBK might as well go since I don't have any real serious mods and trying to elimnate a possible problem. My #2 plug wire was arching at the boot so I changed my plugs and made sure I put plenty of Di-Electric Grease on the boots. After doing these things the car runs and idles way better and fires up very easy. Went today and it blew HC's 1176(ppm) and CO 2.01(%)!

So I go home adjust it so I'm in open loop all the time so it doesn't read 02's I figure we'll pull injectors until we find the cylinder that's not firing. Didn't matter which one we pulled even had 2 off at one time! The car idled fine, couldn't even tell they were off and it made no noticable difference in the values. Well I figure an unmetered vaccum leak would do the trick, unplugged the brake booster hose and it went up to 2000 on the HC's! I checked datamaster to make sure I was def in open loop and it was.

So I reprogram set the AFRx10 in the temp range to around 16:1 and when it first started up it was way down almost made it to 230 then it went right back up! I'm reading about 9.8 AFGS in datamaster. The chart doesn't start until 20 AFGS for adjusting the AFRx10 so I was just wondering if I need to bump the idle up as high as I can to get the AFGS to 20? Thing is I have a cheap Airf/Fuel meter it's only hooked to my left side and it was not even lighting up it was so lean! The o2's were reading lean on the data master too! I'm freaking lost! HC's are unburnt fuel aren't they! I would think a major vaccum leak would lean it out! Any ideas?

Sorry it's so long I just want to give as much info as I can! Thanks in advance!!!
