Handheld programmer for 90 TA?
Hello all. I'm wondering if there is a handheld programmer compatable with a 90 T/A with crate motor?

Nope, unless you consider a laptop a handheld programmer.

If you have the stock ECM in there, it is chip based and requires the eprom to be erased and reprogrammed.
