Fried the ECM

OK, seems I have fried the computer on my 96Z, any one know if I can correct the problem, I have TunerCat, it did this the other day so I disconnected the battery and then I was able to reprogram, but this time it would not let me. The error codes it gives is, C/2, I/2 and H/16.
C/2 was the first one when it failed the first time, the other two was after I disconnected the battery. Did not lose power or connection. Any one have any ideas.

How do you know you fried it? What happened? There are folks out there (and on this board) who can fix these things IF it is fried.

New question about connections

Is there a fuseable link or relay between the OBDII under the dash and the PCM in the car, I have another computer now and my programer will not read the PCM nor will my scanner, the car still will not run. like I said the problem came up when I tried to flash a program in, there was a bumping noise that came from the dash area, I think somewhere in the wiring there is a problem, I have checked the wiring diagram and found nothing in between the units, but there has to be some thing that I have missed or a wire burned intwo to keep the laptop and the PCM from talking to each other.
