freescan not working?

freescan not working?
so i download and install software, hook up cable. open program, but when i staart car and stuff and pressing communicate com1 one i get noe readings at all. anyone have this problem, or know how to solve it?

sorry guys, i figured it out.m i had to press interact. sorry for the waste of web space
edit: wow, it works good. i figured out what was wrong with my car. it runs for the first time since december. yay!
