Yeah I am.. I've read that freescan won't work on a 93, but right on the program under the car selection list it shows "92-3 camaro Z28" which gives a error when you select it, but so do all the other cars as well, so I have no clue what the deal with freescan is..

I've always been under the impression that it only will work for 94-95 lt1 and some Lotus or something.

yeah, I have no clue, I have yet to see it actually work for any car in general. Would be kindof nice if it actually worked cuz its got the IAC reset on there along with a desired RPM change unlike datamaster.

aldlcable.com sells one for $40 but they are complete crap and don't work.. atleast mine was defective and i've read many stories of other with problems with that cable..

I bought the direct USB cable after returning my aldlcable.com cable from moates.net. They are around $90 but on the other hand they actually work.

Got mine from www.Mastach.com. It has the universal pins instead of the plug. $45 and I haven't had a problem yet.
