Forcing open loop operation in TunerCAT

Went through emissions last week - car passed everything with flying colors EXCEPT for idle hydrocarbons i failed miserably. It seems as though at idle in closed loop i'm getting lots of unburnt fuel. I'm assuming this is becuase of cam overlap (112 LSA cam). So what i wanted to do was set the car up to always run open loop just to keep it leaned up at idle for my emissions test. So my understanding is you can adjust the temperature at which the car will go into closed loop, where in tuner cat do i do this? I'm pretty new to this whole tuning thing.
