Easy one, tell me what the DTC: "MAT Low" Means?

I got a DTC while logging, and I was wondering what MAT Low meant, it's error Err23 on my 93 Z28.

BTW I used Datamaster to log...

Thanks.

DTC 23 = Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit (signal voltage high, low temperature indicated)

The older code lists referenced the "manifold air temperature".... but MAT = IAT.

Low temp - high resistance... could the plug be disconnected?
