DTC help!

can somebody tell me what they think of these DTC's?

MALF 38 HI-RES FAIL
MALF 41 EST OPEN
MALF 42 EST GROUNDED
MALF 46 FUEL ENABLE (VATS) FAIL
MALF 48 MAF FAIL

not sure what the deal is here. my VATS is disabled (i disabled it on my constants tables). the MAF FAIL could be what caused an eradic idle, but now it seems fine. i have an extra MAF i might put in to see if it helps. as for the HI-RES and EST, i have no clue what these are.

i cleared all the codes and now they are gone, but i really have not flogged the car to see if they will return. anybody know anything about these?

Looks like you may have lost a ground or something for a split second. I would check all the main grounds and the pcm connectors. DTC41 is ignition control cir open. 38 is brake switch stuck off. Anyway it looks like some kind of hickup.
