Does changing the cyliner size from 350 to 383 in LT1_edit change any data?

I just bought LT1_edit. I want to change one thing at a time (of course). Since I have a 383 now, I changed the cylinder size from 350/8 to 383/8. I saved this file. The E checksum changed, the T checksum did not. I used the compare function between the original lt1 file and my 383 lt1 file - I can't find anything that changed. Any tips?
Thanks.

I got an answer from Ken at LT1 edit. The airflow calculations are affected.

Right. I think it affects how the ve tables are used to calculate fueling.
