Does the cam LSA effect tuning at all?

I know a cam change in general will cause considerate changes in tuning but what about specifically the LSA? For example if you had two exact cams, one on a 112 and the other on a 110...

Could you be more specific as to where specifically and possibly where in LT1edit?

the problem with LSA is the wider the it is, the more unburnt fuel and more important OXYGEN goes out the exhaust because of overlap issues. when this happens it usually creates some tuning problems because that will create a slight false lean condition. when idling a wide LSA will generally create split BLMs from the scavaging affect overlap has with larger cams. WOT tuning isnt that big of an issue since it can be dialed in on a dyno but part throttle cam definitely be a little tricky to get things just right.

Most EFI setups run a wider LSA than a carb car because of tuning issues down low, so yes it affects it, all cam specs do to some degree. Stock cam on my 240Z 6 banger was a 109 LSA.

Ok, the reason Im asking is that Im using a tune that is for the cc306 on a 112 and my cam is custom grind very similar but on a 110...should everything be pretty close for now until I can get it tuned in on the dyno?

It wont be that much different. Fix up the AF on the dyno and spend what time you have left on WOT timing, do your other timing work on the street.
