Do Lt1's have a blackbox? If so, anything that can read it?

the only thing close is the airbag module, it has the ability to store crash data, it has an accelerometer in it and will store info like speed and crash force, and it knows if your seat belt was on or not when the airbags deploy

info is stored in code and gm can read it out if needed, not something the dealer can do

this info is usually only used in major accidents where a big lawsuite is going on, i work at the dealer and 1 time we had a team from gm come in and get the airbag module from and take lots of pics from a s-10 that was in a major wreck
