Different tire/wheel size--easiest way to adjust speedo?
Bought some 18" wheels with 35 series tires so obviously my speedo will be off.
Which is easier to correct it:
Hypertech
Laptop w/ LT1 Edit (How much is the program/cable?)
Other
Will it even be off that much? Going from 16" with 50 series.

Cheapest way to go if you already have a laptop.
$90 for Tunercat from http://www.tunercat.com/
$80 for Usb-ADAL cable from http://www.moates.net/gmecm/hworder.html or

A HPP3 is like $300+ right? So even if I bought a used laptop off ebay or something, I still wouldn't lose much after buying the program/cable. I might just do that. Thanks.

NOTE:
What all can Tunercat do? On a stock car and once I get deep into mods?

Well tunercat is cheaper and will work for any 94-95 lt1, were as lt1 edit is locked to 1 vin #(i.e. 1 car). Also with tunercat you can also get definition files for other types of gm vechiles. For example i have one for my z28 and one for my truck. Some people will wine about how difficult it is to use becuse it is not layed out like edit where you have a sub menu for engine and one for transmission and because you have to manually rescale shift points blah blah blah. All the same stuff and more is still there, just in one drop down menu. But with both programs you still have to know what your doing. They just dont give you insant horsepower by pluging them in. You still have to know how to mess VE and PE tables to properly fuel your motor.
