Difference Scannmaster and DataMaster

What are the differences in Scannmaster and DataMaster? Which one would you guys rather have?

A Scanmaster doesn't have the ability to record info, it's real time.

Datamaster requires a computer and cable, but it allows you to log your data, and look at it after the run.

Both are useful, depends what you are trying to do?
