Exclamation Did I damage my ECU?

My Crane HI-6 Ignition went out on me, I unplugged it, hooked the car back up to stock, car ran fine.
Drove home. Parked it, Changed my intake Elbow and decided (stupidly) to change my MAF to the Granetelli (dont ask why) I had sitting on my shelf. My PCM was not set up for the Granetelli tried to start it again, Car hesitated and I shut it down.
I quickly changed the MAF to my stocker again and only stays running when I put the throttle on to keep it alive.
Anything Below 900 RPM .. and It dies.
Seems to be running a little rough also.
I checked the MAF, MAP, plug wires... all sensors that I can see under the hood.. No luck.. Even Reset the ECU. Re-flashed the ECU,tried new and old settings NOTHING.

What is going on??

Any help is greatly Appreciated

Re: Did I damage my ECU?

I can't see the MAS harming the pcm, most people end up loosing some hp, but nothing like your talking about. TTT
