Datamaster log, please help

i just used datamaster for the first time on my 95 and i't didn't look too good. I would post the log but i don't have any way to do it. can some one host the file for me? Anyway i did a 10- 100 mph run and the spark retard ranged from 5-7 deg peaking at 10.5. i am new to this, what should some of the readings be and what can i do to get the retard down? I would realy like u guys to look at the file and tell me whats going on. I'm going to the track on sat and want to get the car running right.

Spark retard should be 0 period.
Of course, this doesn't always happen, which is one of the reasons people are here to help.
First of all, what octane gas are you running in your car?
