Something that has been showing up is a loss of signal with my computer. It will go out and 3 seconds later, come back in. Seems pretty consistent also when I am driving. Maybe 5-10 seconds on and then 3 seconds off. vibration "may" be an issue since I can program and at idle, it does not lose the connection as much but driving, it is as stated above.

What handshake settings are suggested to possibly eliminate this?

Using serial port BTW.
