Datalogging software comparisons

Is datamaster and efilive the same program? How about autotap? What's the best and which ones are available for free if you know how to get it?

Also will one cable work with any and all of the tuning and diagnostic softwares? Where can you get one for the best price? Is $90 about average?

No datamaster and efilive are not the same program. Me personally I use datamaster however I'm OBDI. Here's some links for ya:
