Madwolf:

Thanks for the reply...I have the Autotap software and cable but cannot seem to view things like block learn or integrator. Are you familiar with autotap? Am I missing something???

It's been awhile since I've used Autotap, but I remember them being labeled lterm and sterm. That right?

LTFT and STFT

Long Term Fuel Trim and Short Term Fuel Trim

LTFT is your BLM and STFT is the integrator.

They seem to be displayed in percentage form rather than the typical 0-256 count. Thanks for all your help!

Re: Data logging for a '96 OBDII

you can change it to counts instead of percentage though

I don't use autotap, but if someone could send me a log, I'll take a look at it and see how and if those can be changed. tuner@madz28.com for the log.

Okay...Thanks for the help. I found the short & long term fuel trims but don't see a way to convert them to the typical 0-256 count display.

Re: Data logging for a '96 OBDII

It doesn't look like there's a way to convert.... It would have been a 5 minute job to implement in the programming.... don't know why they didn't do it....

I would either email the guys at autotap or just convert manually.

I don't know exactly how this works, but I would assume that 32 is 100%. So if it says +10% it means you have a BLM/integrator of 131.2

At first I thought the percentage is of 128, but then it wouldn't make sense because +100% would put you at 256.

I'll check with the people at Autotap. I was thinking 0%= 128

Re: Data logging for a '96 OBDII

I'm using the most recent version from Autotap ver 2.05 I believe and have not found a way to convert from percentages. Like Madwolf stated...it wouldhave been nothing for them to have converted the data for us...I'm not really sure what good these values are when expressed in a %. I will try to contact them tomorrow...maybe they can give some incite to this question or a conversion formula, but I doubt there will be much they will say. Anyone had any luck with any other software for the "96-"97 OBDII cars???
