Computer will not learn idle...

I washed my engine and now when I start my car, the car idles at 1500rpm's and never comes down. I do have custom programming (LG motorsports), but it seems that it is not taking affect after the wash... I reset the computer and went through the idle learn procedure. After going through the idle learn procedure, it seemed to work perfect, but when I started it up this morning it is back to 1500rpm's and 1700 with AC on. No ses lights are thrown. I will go to autozone tonight to get scanned, because this is sure putting some wear on the tranny.

Please Help...

whew... i got lucky. I started the car and started disconnecting sensors under the hood, first MAF, no change, then IAC, still no change, then TPS.... Bingo. The idle dropped to normal. I went to autozone, bought a new one, installed it and now I am in great shape. lesson learned

Thanks!
