computer reprogram

I have a problem.i put a 383 stoker in my 94 z28.It ran great with the lt1 and now it doesnt.I have the stock computer with a hypertec module, and programmer.I think the problem may be that i need to take the chip and the programmer out and have the computer itself reprogrammed.Im in port huron,mi does anyone know where i can get it programmed close to me or anything to help me out?I did check everything else and its all ok so this is my last step.

Its not a good idea to have a aftermarker tune in the PCM and a Piggyback(module). If you want to ship the PCM to me I can get you real close and running, for $150.00 plus shipping. A good dyno tuen or a street tune is what you are really looking for. That was you can see what the car wants.
