In the pursuit of getting all my stuff ready to tune my car. I had a MAJOR issue with my ODB1 Serial cable, Owning a newer laptop that only comes with USB port required 3 years ago a USB to serial adapter. Not all of them worked, Andrew at AKM got me a good one and it worked well but when it came to using LT1 edit, it ran into some major issues. That frankly I didnt want to fry my pcm for stupid ****.

I emailed Andrew at AKM and asked if the Belkin cards were still avalible, he actually offered a awesome alternative. He takes your old cable and ships you a new USB.

All I can say is that showed up, i loaded the program, Switched he com port to #2 and datamaster and CATS reading/flashing program worked flawless, I think I actually got more accurate reading on the data master.

If anyone here is using the old cable, GO UPGRADE!! Its a must have for any serious tuner with newer laptops.
